Akifusa seem to only deal with high quality knife makers. This is some of their best.
If you’re looking for a high end Japanese knife….. look no further.

A Super Blue Steel core knife with a Suminagashi ( Floating Ink) and Kuro (Black) finish.

The cutting edge will patina and darken with use.

Suminagashi Translates to floating ink and refers to the pattern on the cladding.

*The core steel and the cladding of this knife is subject to corrosion, so be sure to follow knife care instructions to help avoid surface rust.
Be careful not to scratch off the black cladding. Once it has gone you can’t get it back!
