Hitohira ひとひら Imojiya ST Tsuchime Damascus

This knife has a VG10 steel core with Damascus cladding.
VG10 is a one of the best stainless steels used by the Japanese craftsmen.
The core and cladding are both very corrosion resistant able to withstand almost all types of kitchens and jobs required.
This knife has a beautiful Tsuchime (hammered) finish to the knife. This helps to provide food release.

The handle is Pakka & Pakka Ferrule.

    If you are after an affordable japanese knife, I’d say this is the one to grab. I enjoy the heel and weight. The handle is both beautiful and I find it very comfortable, just a little short though. A product I would recommend
