I am proud to present a small batch of custom of knives, combining Australian and Japanese Craftsmanship.
Handled by Brook Turner and his “usual” breathtaking work. (so are his knives)
Only 6 made. All Uniquie.
Hard to get Japanese blades by Ohishi, handled in Australia by talented knife maker Brook Turner
The Blade is Hitachi Blue #2 steel core with stainless steel cladding.
Up until now no one has been able offer these Ohishi knives in Australia.
*The steel in this knife is subject to corrosion, so be sure to follow knife care instructions to help avoid surface rust
***Some of the boxes were damaged during the making process. The knives were NOT.
I personally could not care less if Brook jumped on the boxes providing his craftmanship remains the same high standard.
Brooks knife making reputation speaks for itself. He has backorders that last years and currently closed books due to high demand.
If you want a perfectly boxed knife do NOT purchase this knife!
