Tadafusa knives are a line of handcrafted knives made in Japan, known for their exceptional quality and precision. The blades are made from Blue Steel #2 (Aogami) steel core renowned for its exceptional sharpness and edge retention, as well as a stainless-steel cladding for some corrosion-resistance. Also, the forging process creates a Nashiji effect, meaning "pear’s skin" and creates a rough-look cladding. The handles are crafted from Walnut wood and are somewhat of a hybrid handle. Not Japanese, yet not completely western style either.
Tadafusa knives are perfect for a wide range of cutting tasks in the kitchen - an absolute must-have for any professional chef or home cook looking for high-quality knives.
