Need advice?
The Blade Runner is run by a working chef, so I'm often in the kitchen and unable to answer calls consistently.
Email is the fastest way to get help and allows me to provide more detailed knife and sharpening advice.
Store Hours?
I try to pack orders Mon-Fri.
I am a fulltime chef and when I do 2 doubles, back to back I sometimes choose to sleep instead :-)
Sometimes I pack in the morning before a afternoon shift.
Sometimes I pack at night after a day shift.
I dont pack orders on the weekend as Australia post isn't open.
Do you have a physical store/ Shopfront?
No. The Blade Runner is online only
Can I click and collect?
No sorry. Online only.
Where can I find whetstone care instructions?
Do you sharpen knives?
