Description
Tsubaya Gyuto (Chefs Knife) 210mm Tsuchime:
Tsubaya is from Dougu Street in the Kappabashi region, Tokyo.
(restaurant supplies and food-related tools street)
Tsubaya is one of the smallest and oldest kitchen knife shops on this street.
They have been providing Tokyo and its visitors with high quality knife since 1952.
If you have been to Kappabashi then you would know this knife store.
I am fortunate enough to be able to get a few knives from Tsubaya through Hitohira.
Protooling is the only other company in Australia to receive any of their products beside myself.
I am proud to present a small slice of possibly Kappabashi’s most famous knife store.
