DESCRIPTION
Tojiro TOGRIP Knife Sharpening Guide:
This new and improved knife guard now has 2 slots for sharpening.
One for large and another for small knives.
The small side is for: small knives like the petty knife.
The large side is for normal sized knives chef knife, santoku etc.
This is a great place to start if you're having trouble free hand sharpening,
or just not sure where to start with a whetstone sharpening.
Helps build muscle memory and get great results with little to no experience.
A set angle of about 45 degrees.
You should be sharpening free hand in no time with this addition.
*Not suitable for single bevel knives. (Sashimi, Deba)
You may want to use masking tape to avoid scratching where clip attaches to knife.
